CHINA CBS INTL (00989) announced that Guangze Group Hong Kong, the company, and Jiarun entered into a financing agreement on January 12, 2026. Under this agreement, Guangze Group Hong Kong has consented to provide the group with a credit facility totaling no more than HK$39 million. The funds will be primarily utilized to advance the preparation and execution of restructuring efforts, among other purposes.
