SinoMab Announces Second Postponement of Circular for Suzhou Property Disposal, New Deadline Set for 21 August 2026

SinoMab BioScience Limited has delayed the release of its shareholder circular for a major transaction involving the disposal of its Suzhou property and facility.

The company previously scheduled distribution of the circular—detailing the disposal terms, group financial information, an independent property valuation report, and the notice of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM)—for on or before 10 August 2026. Additional time is now required to finalise the document, and SinoMab expects to dispatch the circular on or before 21 August 2026.

The transaction remains classified as a “major transaction” under Hong Kong Listing Rules. Executive Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Shui On Leung signed the announcement dated 10 August 2026.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises two executive directors (Dr. Shui On Leung and Ms. Fang Liang), three non-executive directors (Ms. Xiaosu Wang, Ms. Lei Xue, and Dr. Jianmin Zhang), and five independent non-executive directors (Mr. George William Hunter Cautherley, Mr. Ping Cho Terence Hon, Dr. Chi Ming Lee, Ms. Chi Sau Giselle Lee, and Mr. Nan Shen).
