成都高速公路股份有限公司（“成都高速”）于2026年3月5日发布截至2026年2月28日的月报显示，公司报告期内股本结构保持稳定，未有新增发行、购回或注销股份。
公司注册股本维持人民币16.56102亿元，其中包括456,102,000股H股与1,200,000,000股内资股，分别均为每股面值人民币1元。报告期内，H股及内资股数量均无变化。截至本月底，已发行H股总数为456,102,000股，已发行内资股总数为1,200,000,000股，两类股份合计1,656,102,000股。
公告同时披露，公司当前并无涉及期权或激励计划的股份变动，也无购回或注销股份事宜。月报指出，成都高速已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则，并满足最低公众持股量要求。公告由执行董事夏煒签署。
