毅兴行有限公司（01047）7月23日公告称，公司位于百慕达的注册办事处地址将于2026年8月3日由原地址迁至“Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda”。\n\n公司于百慕达的股份过户及登记总处仍为Appleby Global Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited，其地址保持不变。\n\n截至公告日，董事会由六名执行董事——许世聪（主席）、许国光、吴志明、许人权、许文伟及许人龙，以及三名独立非执行董事——程如龙、余志光和廖秀丽组成。\n\n毅兴行表示，董事会已就上述注册办事处地址变更作出决议，并已按百慕达相关法规履行必要手续。
