Jinhui Holdings Secures Waiver to Postpone Circular for Vessel Disposal Major Transaction

Bulletin Express
Mar 27

Jinhui Holdings Company Limited announced a delay in sending out the shareholder circular for its previously disclosed major transaction involving the disposal of a vessel.

The company had planned to dispatch the circular by 27 March 2026 but requires extra time to finalize key information, including a working-capital sufficiency statement and an indebtedness statement.

To accommodate the additional preparation work, Jinhui Holdings applied for, and on 27 March 2026 obtained, a waiver from Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 14.41(a). The waiver allows the company to extend the circular’s dispatch deadline to on or before 24 April 2026.

The Stock Exchange emphasized that the waiver is specific to this transaction and may be withdrawn or amended should circumstances change.

Executive Chairman Ng Siu Fai signed the announcement dated 27 March 2026.
