2026年3月5日，药师帮股份有限公司（09885）发布截至2026年2月28日止的月报显示，公司注册股本维持不变，为20,000,000,000股，面值USD 0.0000025，合计USD 50,000。报告期内，该公司普通股从上月底的684,739,423股增至684,800,023股，增加60,600股，未设库存股。
