协合新能源2026年上半年营收12.58亿元，净利润1.01亿元

根据协合新能源最新发布的2026年中期报告，报告期内公司实现营收约12.58亿元，同比下降10.2%。期内净利润约1.01亿元，同比下降64.3%。公司毛利率为46.4%，较上年同期的47.8%略有回落。期内经营利润率为36.7%，相比去年同期约41.4%有所下降。经营活动的现金净流入约13.06亿元，同比则增长约25.5%。

在成本结构方面，公司继续推行降本增效措施，管理费用同比下降30.0%，销售及管理费用合计占营收比重从上年同期约11.8%降至约9.1%。公司表示，结合境内外电力交易政策以及项目在建节奏，后续将继续优化企业资源配置，以进一步提升费用管控成效。

业务分项

上半年，公司发电业务实现营收约12.14亿元，同比下降9.1%。管理层分析认为，主要受到弃风弃光率上升以及部分地区风、光资源条件不及往年等因素影响。同一期间，“其他”板块营收约0.44亿元，较上年同期减少32.8%，部分原因在于部分项目处置以及国内外经营环境变化所致。

下个财报期展望

公司指出，海外成熟市场可再生能源需求稳健增长，人工智能数据中心（AIDC）及相关综合能源服务需求呈现积极趋势。公司将持续巩固在新能源设计、工程建设、智慧运维和电力营销等领域的核心优势，并在全球范围积极寻求与长期资本合作，加快私募基金管理及专业运营等衍生业务的发展。
