中国智慧能源集团控股有限公司（股份代号：1004）于2026年2月6日举行股东特别大会，表决通过将每20股面值0.0025港元的已发行及未发行普通股合并为1股面值0.05港元的普通股。根据公告，现场及授权投票赞成票数为1,480,698,400股，反对票数为100,800股，赞成比例超过50%，会议正式通过相关普通决议案。
股份合并及每手买卖单位更改预计于2026年2月10日生效，届时每手买卖单位将由2,000股现有股份更改为10,000股合并股份。合并后股票颜色将由灰色更改为蓝色，现有股份之股票将于2026年3月19日16时10分后停止流通。更多交易安排及换领详情以公司此前公布的通函为准。
