New Hope Service Holdings Limited announced that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Li Hongjia now meets the professional requirements of Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17 to act as the Company Secretary. This confirmation follows the waiver period granted on 22 March 2023, which allowed Mr. Li to serve as joint company secretary while completing the necessary qualifications.

Concurrent with this update, the Board reported that Mr. Lau Kwok Yin will resign as Joint Company Secretary and as Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, effective 23 March 2026. Mr. Lau has confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention in connection with his departure. Upon his resignation, Mr. Li will become the sole Company Secretary and will also assume the role of Authorised Representative from the same date.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Lau’s contributions during his tenure. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises two executive directors (Wu Min and Chen Jing), three non-executive directors (Jiang Mengjun—Chairman, Li Wei, Zhang Wei) and three independent non-executive directors (Li Ruojun, Li Zhengguo, Kong Chi Mo).
