南戈壁资源有限公司（01878）7月15日公告称，公司已根据转让协议向星月浩瀚国际贸易有限公司发行合共73,497,622股普通股，用作支付可换股债券项下的实物利息。上述股份占发行后已发行及流通在外普通股约19.83%。发行价格按照发行日前50日成交量加权平均价每股约0.3272加元（折合0.2313美元）确定。
公告显示，JD Zhixing Fund L.P.已将收取已转让实物利息的权利转让予星月浩瀚国际贸易有限公司。关于已转让但仍未清偿的200万美元实物利息，承让人可按照可换股债券及相关递延协议的条款，选择要求公司继续以发行普通股方式清偿，发行数量将按承让人提出要求日之前50日的成交量加权平均价计算。
