BATELAB (02149) saw its shares climb more than 9% on Tuesday, with the stock trading up 9.71% at HK$34.56 by the time of writing, recording a turnover of approximately HK$1.24 million.
The sharp rally follows the company's announcement on August 18, in which it projected revenue of approximately RMB 321 million to RMB 335 million for the first half of 2026, representing year-on-year growth of about 10% to 15%. Net profit is expected to reach between RMB 100 million and RMB 108 million, reflecting a robust increase of roughly 30% to 40% compared to the same period last year.
According to the board, the anticipated revenue and profit growth is primarily driven by the sustained rise in replacement demand for high-end analog chips. Leveraging its long-established portfolio of high-quality industrial products, the company has continued to serve core customers across the broader industrial sector. As its product range expands steadily, BATELAB has been consistently strengthening its market share within the high-end industrial analog chip segment.
Additionally, the company attributes its performance to its machine-learning-based semi-automated chip design methodology, which enables its proprietary R&D platform to continuously unlock cost efficiencies and productivity gains during the design phase.
