2026年7月20日，心泰医疗（02291）发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于当日于香港联交所回购H股普通股81,000股，占该公司根据上一交易日（2026年7月17日）已发行股本约0.0234%，回购价格介乎每股港币11.16元至港币11.23元，总耗资约港币90.92万元。
根据公告，本次回购股份暂未注销，故公司已发行股本维持在346,749,997股，库藏股数为0。据悉，公司已于2026年5月22日通过购回授权，获准可回购股份总数为34,674,999股，截至目前已合计回购2,020,000股，约占购回授权通过当日已发行股本的0.5826%。公司确认，本次回购严格遵守了相关上市规则及适用法律法规。
