On 25 August 2026, China Primary Energy announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://china-p-energy.etnet.com.hk) and on HKEx’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously opted for printed copies will receive the report by mail. Those preferring hard-copy versions of the current or future corporate communications can submit the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 8117-ecom@vistra.com; postage is waived for local mail.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address to ensure receipt of electronic notices and actionable corporate communications. Without a functional email on record, the company will default to sending printed notices until updated details are supplied.
