Lendlease Global Commercial REIT announced an advanced distribution of 1.3305 Singapore cents per unit for the period from Jul, 1 2025 to Nov, 13 2025.
The payout consists of 1.3139 Singapore cents of taxable income and 0.0166 Singapore cents of tax-exempt income.
Unitholders whose Central Depository accounts are credited with units as of 5:00 p.m. on Nov, 13 2025 will receive the distribution on or about Dec, 18 2025. Units issued under the private placement scheduled for Nov, 14 2025 will not qualify for this payment.
The next distribution will cover the period from Nov, 14 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, after which the REIT will revert to semi-annual distributions.
