人工智能（AI）算力需求为行业增长注入强劲动力。AI服务器耗硅量达传统服务器的3.8倍，SUMCO预计AI对先进制程12英寸硅片的需求高达每月100万片，导致供需格局全面趋紧。韩国海关最新数据显示，受全球AI热潮推动，6月前10天芯片出口额同比激增逾两倍，达到110亿美元。分析认为，半导体正站在十年一遇的“战略决胜时刻”，行业库存见底、景气度回升，叠加AI算力爆发，有望形成“业绩增长+估值修复”的戴维斯双击。在多重积极因素推动下，半导体板块整体走强，而SOXL作为三倍追踪费城半导体指数的杠杆产品，其涨幅被显著放大。
