Sanxun Holdings Faces Potential Delisting After Listing Committee Decision; Company Initiates Review While Trading Remains Suspended

Sanxun Holdings Group Limited announced that it received a letter on 9 October 2026 from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Committee stating the Committee’s decision to cancel the company’s listing under Rule 6.01A of the Listing Rules. The decision cites the group’s failure to meet all resumption guidance and the prolonged suspension of trading in its shares.

Unless overturned on review, the last trading day for Sanxun Holdings’ shares will be 26 October 2026, with delisting scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on 27 October 2026. Exercising its rights under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the company submitted a written request for a review of the decision on 21 October 2026. The outcome of this review remains uncertain.

Trading in Sanxun Holdings’ shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2025, following delays in publishing the annual results for FY2024 and FY2025 and the interim results for 1H 2025 and 1H 2026, as well as the corresponding reports. These delays prompted multiple resumption guidelines from the Stock Exchange, which have yet to be fully satisfied.

The company stated it will release further announcements on any significant developments in accordance with Listing Rule requirements. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
