据悉，塞拉尼斯于5月5日宣布有意剥离其先进电子墨水和浆料业务，以推进公司现金生成和去杠杆化的战略实施。该业务产品组合包括导电、电阻和介电厚膜油墨，以及用于创建多层电路的低温共烧陶瓷（LTCC）材料，主要应用于导航和防御、医疗监测和先进电路板组件等领域。预计2025年该业务的收入将超过3亿美元。
