2026年7月17日，华沿机器人（01021）公告称，公司已就注册资本及企业类型变更完成工商变更登记，并取得佛山市顺德区市场监督管理局换发的营业执照。修订后的公司章程亦已于同日完成工商备案。自2026年7月17日起，相关变更及修订均正式生效。
此前，公司已于2026年5月26日和6月22日发布公告，并在2026年5月29日召开的2025年度股东会上获股东正式批准上述议案。根据香港交易及结算所有限公司网站以及公司官网披露，修订后的公司章程全文已同步上载供投资者查阅。
截至本公告日期，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事王光能、张国平、张应涛；非执行董事房斌；独立非执行董事王义华、黄凯、高丽。
