The property is located on the entire 25th floor of Billion Centre, No. 3 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong. The property is currently subject to a lease that will expire on June 30, 2027. Upon expiry of the lease, the buyer has no intention to renew the tenancy. The property is intended for the group's own use.
