Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. • Issued share capital was unchanged at 236.56 million shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

Public Float Compliance • The issuer confirmed it met the minimum 25% public-float requirement under GEM Rule 17.37D(1) as at 31 July 2026.

Share Option Movements • Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 12 May 2017, outstanding options increased by 41,227 to 652,765, reflecting a 6.7% rise following adjustments related to a completed rights issue. • No options were exercised during the month; consequently, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised.

Other Securities • The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance arrangements or treasury-share movements during the period.

Governance Confirmation • The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Lee Kun Yin, who confirmed compliance with all applicable listing rules, legal requirements and corporate governance obligations.
