双登股份（06960）7月15日在港交所公告，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月录得约20百万元至30百万元的期内亏损，而上年同期则实现约1.6亿元的期内溢利，业绩由盈转亏。
公司指出，本期间业绩下滑主要受以下因素影响： 1. 就若干历史税务事项进一步梳理及评估，预计需缴纳相关税金及费用约80百万元； 2. 受人民币兑相关外币汇率波动影响，录得汇兑损失约56百万元； 3. 出口退税政策调整、部分主要原材料价格阶段性上升以及研发投入增加，同样对盈利造成压力。
双登股份表示，截至公告日，公司生产经营正常，在手订单及重点项目交付按计划推进，主要原材料价格总体趋于稳定，持续增加的研发投入对长期盈利能力的正面影响正逐步显现。公司计划于2026年8月底公布中期业绩，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
