Kindstar Global Buys Back 30,500 Shares for HK$28,283; Treasury Stock Rises to 9.10 Million

On 14 September 2026, Kindstar Globalgene Technology, Inc. (KINDSTAR GLOBAL) disclosed to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 30,500 ordinary shares on-market, spending HK$28,282.65 at prices ranging from HK$0.92 to HK$0.935 per share. The volume-weighted average purchase price was HK$0.9273.

The transaction trimmed the company’s outstanding share count by 0.00295%, reducing issued shares (excluding treasury) to 1.03223 billion. Concurrently, treasury shares increased to 9.10 million, while the total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.04133 billion.

The purchases form part of the repurchase mandate authorised on 5 June 2026, which permits buybacks of up to 103.43 million shares. Aggregated repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.03 million shares, equivalent to 0.20% of the issued share base at the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Kindstar Global is subject to a 30-day moratorium—lasting until 14 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the latest repurchase.
