本期信息
截至2025年12月31日止六个月，智昇集团控股有限公司（下称“公司”）实现营收约0.48亿元，同比上期（0.45亿元）增长约7.7%。经调整净亏损约0.03亿元，去年同期经调整净亏损约0.01亿元。同期毛利约0.09亿元，同比去年同期（0.12亿元）减少，毛利率由27.4%降至18.9%。经营活动所用现金净流出约0.29亿元，而去年同期为净流出约0.04亿元。
成本结构方面，销售及分销开支同比保持上升，主要是销售规模增加带来相应的推广与安装费用增量；管理相关费用则有所下降，部分源于本期资产减值损失冲回所带来的影响。
业务分项
家具业务方面，本期实现营收约0.40亿元，较去年同期增长11.5%。报告显示，集团通过“以价换量”策略稳固市场份额，同时在新成立的子公司生产业务带动下，保持了家具板块的销售增长。
数据中心业务方面，本期营收约0.08亿元，同比下降约7.1%。主要由于部分到期租约未续签使机柜租赁收入下降，但公司持续推进成本控制与租赁优化举措，令该分部的毛利率有所提升。
