8月20日，香港交易所2025年上半年收入及其他收益为140.76亿港元，同比增长33%；股东应占溢利为85.19亿港元，同比增长39%。
财务摘要
集团2025年上半年收入及其他收益和溢利创历来半年度新高。
2025年上半年收入及其他收益为140.76亿元，较2024年上半年上升33%：
主要业务收入较2024年上半年上升34%，反映现货及股票期权市场成交量创历来半年度新高，存管费用增加以及保证金规模增加令投资收益淨额上升。
公司资金的投资收益淨额为10.44亿元（2024 年上半年：9.01亿元），源于美元兑港元的非经常性汇兑收益进一步带动内部管理的公司资金的投资收益淨额上升。
营运支出较2024年上半年上升6%，是两个与2022年镍市场事件相关的项目所致，一是2025年上半年向FCA支付了9,000万元罚款，二是2024年上半年就事件涉及的法律费用收回5,000万元。若不计向FCA支付的罚款及收回的法律费用，营运支出上升1%。
EBITDA利润率为79%，较2024年上半年上升6个百分点。
由于集团根据支柱二规则范本作出新的补足税拨备，2025年上半年集团的实际税率增加至15.8%（2024年上半年：11.0%）。
股东应佔溢利为85.19亿元，较2024年上半年上升39%。
