瀛海集团控股有限公司（“瀛海集团控股”，股票代码：08668）于2026年2月2日公布2026年1月股份变动月报。报告期内，公司法定股本维持12,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元，法定股本总额为1.2亿港元，与上月底保持一致。
