截至2026年8月13日，公司已发行股本为342,608,663股，未持有库藏股。公司于2026年8月13日在美国购回69,253股并于次日注销，导致已发行股本变动为342,539,410股；本次新增的回购股份尚在注销过程中。根据公告，百胜中国已获于2026年5月28日通过的购回授权，可回购股份总数为34,664,620股，截至目前公司已合计回购5,032,103股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的约1.45%。
公司确认，以上回购行为均已遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》及相关法规的要求。公告由联席公司秘书张玲签署。
