Planetree International Development Limited (股份代号：613，简称“Planetree”) 在公告中披露，非全资附属公司 Planetree (BVI) Capital Limited（简称“PCL”）已于2025年11月出售 Haotian International Construction Investment Group Limited（股份代号：1341.hk，简称“Haotian”）共计1,600,000,000股股份。该项出售由PCL董事会决议并获得全部批准。
