中国宝力科技（股票代码：00164）于2026年5月5日发布截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司法定股本仍为65,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股港币0.01元，注册股本保持在650,000,000港元。
月报表披露，3月底公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）为291,052,723股，4月10日根据股份认购协议，以每股认购价格0.40港元向12名认购人配发及发行了38,440,000股普通股。增发后，截至4月底已发行股份数目升至329,492,723股。公司没有持有任何库存股。
在期权与激励方面，公司此前分别于2021年9月30日及2025年9月30日采纳了购股权计划，分别有3,893,125份及23,190,000份购股权，本月并未出现期权行使、授出或失效的新增变动。
可换股票据部分，本月内，3年期可换股债券（年利率2%，面值人民币2,000万元）及另一笔3年期一般授权5%可换股债券（面值港币600万元）均无变动；5年期特別授权可换股债券（年利率4%，面值人民币12,367万元）部分赎回30万元人民币，赎回后该债券余额为人民币12,337万元。
公司在公告中称，所有证券发行及相关事项均已符合《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及相关法律法规。此外，公司也表示，截至本月末，公司公众持股量符合适用规定。
