Hong Kong-listed KML Technology Group Limited (KML TECH) filed its Monthly Return for July 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during the period.
At 31 July 2026, authorised share capital remained at 3.80 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 38.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 404.96 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.
KML TECH affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 per cent, ensuring sufficient free float in the market.
Under the share option scheme adopted on 20 September 2017, 5.90 million options (exercise price: HKD 0.171) were outstanding as at month-end. No options were exercised in July, leaving the total number of shares that could be issued or transferred under the scheme at 5.90 million, with an additional 12.00 million shares available for future grants.
The filing, dated 4 August 2026, was submitted by Joint Company Secretary Woo Siu Wai, who confirmed that all requisite regulatory and corporate governance procedures were observed during the month.
