BEIJING JIAYE (02210) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The company recorded revenue of RMB 2.292 billion, representing an increase of 15.55% compared to the previous year. However, profit attributable to owners of the company for the year was RMB 51.975 million, a decrease of 34.76% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.35, and a final dividend of RMB 0.0969 per share is proposed. During the reporting period, revenue generated from property management services amounted to approximately RMB 1.591 billion, an increase of about 13.8% compared to the same period in 2024. This growth was primarily attributed to an expansion in the total managed area and the number of managed projects. The company stated that the decline in both the group's annual profit and the profit attributable to its owners was mainly due to increased upfront and quality maintenance investments in property management projects to gain market share. Furthermore, influenced by current shifts in market demand and cyclical adjustments within the industry, the rental rates for portable modular units showed a significant downward trend. In accordance with the relevant International Financial Reporting Standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Board, the group recognized an impairment loss on these portable modular unit assets it holds.
