BHCC Holding Appoints Mr. Cheung Kam Ting as Company Secretary Following Ms. Chan So Fun’s Resignation

BHCC Holding Limited has announced a senior management change effective 1 June 2026. Ms. Chan So Fun will resign as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. She confirmed no disagreements with the Board and cited no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Upon Ms. Chan’s departure, Mr. Cheung Kam Ting, aged 37, will assume both roles. Mr. Cheung holds a Bachelor of Cognitive Science from the University of Hong Kong (2011) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London (2021). He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales in 2024, with practice areas covering Main Board and GEM listings, regulatory compliance, investment projects and fundraising transactions.

The Board expressed gratitude for Ms. Chan’s service and welcomed Mr. Cheung’s appointment. At the date of the announcement, the Board comprises two executive directors—Mr. Yang Xinping and Ms. Han Yuying—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Chan Bee Leng, Mr. Kwong Choong Kuen (Huang Zhongquan) and Mr. Wang Lian.
