2026年10月2日，兴合控股（01891）披露截至2026年9月30日止月份的证券变动月报表。报告显示，公司于报告期内未有新增发行、购回或注销股份，股本结构保持稳定。
根据公告，截至9月末，公司注册股本2,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.01港元，总注册股本为20,000,000港元，较上月无变动。报告期末公司已发行股份总数同样维持在1,000,000,000股，无任何库存股。
在股份激励方面，公司于2019年2月19日股东大会通过了购股权计划，目前累计可供行使的股份期权最高可发行或转让的股份规模为100,000,000股。本月内并无因行使期权或库藏股转让导致已发行股份变动的情况。
公司同时确认，已符合香港联交所相关法定最低公众持股量的规定。本次月报由公司主席兼行政总裁Sia Kok Chin 拿督签署。
