Boan Biotech Repurchases 1.00 Million H-Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 7.40 Million

Shandong Boan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Boan Biotech) disclosed that on 9 September 2026 it bought back 1.00 million H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 2.825 to HKD 3.100 per share, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.922 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 2.92 million.

The transaction reduced the company’s outstanding H-shares (excluding treasury shares) to 614.93 million from 615.93 million, while increasing treasury shares to 7.40 million from 6.40 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 622.33 million.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 22 June 2026 authorising Boan Biotech to buy back up to 62.23 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 7.40 million shares, representing 1.19 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate’s approval date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Boan Biotech is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales, effective until 9 October 2026.
