此次末期股利以人民币计值，A股股东以人民币收取，H股股东可选择以港币或人民币收取。按年度股东会召开前一周中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港币平均基准汇率计算，每股H股股利折合港币0.200132元（含税）。股权登记日定为2026年7月21日，派息日为2026年8月28日。为确定H股股东获派资格，公司将于2026年7月16日至7月21日暂停办理H股股份过户登记手续，相关过户文件须于7月15日下午4时30分前交回。
公告同时对代扣代缴所得税安排作出说明。对于名列H股股东名册的非居民企业股东，公司按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税；境外个人股东则根据其税收居民身份及适用税收协定，一般按10%或更高税率代扣个人所得税。沪股通及港股通投资者的股利派发与扣税事宜将按相关规则执行。
