Boer Power Holdings Limited announced on 4 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.boerpower.com) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

In the same notice, Boer Power confirmed its adoption of a full electronic dissemination regime for all future corporate communications, aligning with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the market-wide paperless initiative that took effect on 31 December 2023. Covered documents include directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Key operational changes: • Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default. Shareholders must proactively access documents online through the company’s “Investor Relations” section or via HKEXnews. • Non-registered shareholders are required to provide an email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure receipt of actionable communications. • Stakeholders preferring hard copies may submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email boer.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying their name, address and request. • Enquiries can be directed to the registrar at (+852) 2862 8688 during office hours.
