手回集团有限公司（02621）于2026年5月11日发布公告称，公司在香港联合交易所场内回购普通股7,200股，占回购前公司已发行股份总数约0.0032%。本次回购价格介乎每股3.18港元至3.23港元，合计耗资约2.32万港元。回购完成后，公司的已发行股份总数保持226,378,600股，其中225,579,800股为已发行在外股份，库存股份增至798,800股。
根据公告，回购所涉授权于2025年5月13日获股东大会通过，公司可根据该授权购回最多22,637,860股股份。截至本次回购后，手回集团已于香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购798,800股股份，占购回授权时公司已发行股份总数的约0.3529%。公司确认，已就此回购交易遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《证券上市规则》等相关法律法规。
