京东刘强东今天下午五点在和部分媒体人士见面的晚餐会上讲的话。刘强东在谈及进军酒旅餐饮业时表示,“我想我们能够成功的,如果你不能够为行业创造价值,我们觉得我们能够为酒店餐饮提供一个新通路。”
刘强东表示,进军这一领域是因为酒店、餐饮背后也是供应链,前端是消费者住酒店、点餐,背后庞大的供应链其实很杂乱,成本很高。“我们希望给我们京东供应链成本降到20%,原来行业平均毛利率60%,我们金融工业只需要20%就可以做,也就能够把我们客户成本降2/3。”刘强东表示。
刘强东表示,京东先做的是便利店,目前已经做到150万家了,在便利店成功之后,京东第二步是做餐饮、做外卖,然后第三步是做酒旅。
“其实都为了背后的供应链去做铺垫的。”刘强东表示,京东做餐饮不会让餐饮店去选边站,因为也没有任何平台有能力让商家进行2选1。京东比拼的是让产品变得不好,价格比你更便宜,服务比你更好。
