业务分项
智能广告业务方面，营收由去年同期约2,094.3万港元降至约1,481.8万港元，主要由于房地产业相关客户投放缩减。农林产品及消费品业务本期并未产生收入。供应链业务维持在较低交易水平，并未产生收入。物业方面，租金收入从去年同期约77.7万港元降至约30.8万港元，主要源自本期出售部分物业资产，此出售事项同时带来一次性收益，推动整体净利润由亏转盈。
