龙光集团有限公司（03380.HK）7月24日公告称，于2026年7月24日20时在香港召开的计划会议上，其整体重组方案已获法定多数计划债权人支持并通过。
公司同时披露，除计划会议外，已在同意征求中取得法定所需数量的债权人同意，同意将公司发行的股票挂钩证券（ISIN：XS2440273691，通用码：244027369）的管辖法律由原有法律体系变更为香港法律，以配合实施最新修订的整体重组方案。
公告显示，欲获取该计划及相关文件的债权人可通过德安华服务有限公司搭建的交易网站（https://deals.is.kroll.com/logan-group）查询；如需进一步信息，亦可联系安邁融资顾问有限公司、海通国际证券股份有限公司或德安华（香港）有限公司。
公司强调，整体重组方案的最终实施仍取决于若干不在公司控制范围内的因素，无法保证顺利完成。公司提醒证券持有人和潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时须考虑相关风险，并建议寻求专业意见。
