The company’s H shares stood at 35,011,862,630, A shares at 53,351,921,593, and preference shares at 450,000,000, all remaining the same as in the prior month.
The announcement also noted that RMB 45,000,000,000 Domestic Preference Shares are convertible upon the occurrence of specified trigger events, with a conversion price of RMB 6.25. No new share issuance, treasury share movement, or other adjustments were reported for the period.
