Huabao International Holdings Limited disclosed on 28 May 2026 that it repurchased a total of 895,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 22 May and 28 May 2026. The trades were executed under the general mandate approved on 11 May 2026, which authorises buy-backs of up to 322.84 million shares.

\n\nMandate utilisation The cumulative 895,000 shares bought back account for 0.0277 % of the total shares authorised for repurchase under the current mandate. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Huabao International is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 27 June 2026.

\n\nRegulatory compliance The company confirmed that the repurchases were authorised by the board, complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that all funds due have been settled.
