截至2025年9月30日止六个月，倍搏集团营收约为2,636.3万元，同比下降6.6%。经调整净亏损为453.4万元，相比上年同期的亏损324.7万元，亏损幅度扩大39.6%。报告期内整体毛利率升至39.3%，上年同期为35.9%。经营活动所用现金净额约为592.2万元，销售及分销开支同比增长41.2%，行政及其他开支同比增长8.7%，而金融服务相关佣金开支减少22.2%。
业务分项
膨润土采矿及相关产品方面，膨润土整体收入同比下滑约9.7%，其中钻井泥浆收益约803.8万元，冶金球团用膨润土收益约963.2万元；金融服务收入同比微降2.1%，其中财富管理服务同比增长3.8%，放贷利息收入同比下降20.6%，财务担保费收入同比减少53%；新拓展的大健康个人护理产品批发业务实现销售约21万元。报告期各板块毛利率不同程度提升，金融服务板块的毛利率升幅较为显著。
