Daido Group Limited reported no change to its authorised share capital, which remains at 6,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a total value of HKD 600,000,000. The issued share capital also remained unchanged at 34,813,247 shares.
According to the monthly return, there were no treasury shares as of 30 November 2025, and no new shares were issued during the period. Two sets of share options under the scheme adopted on 2 June 2015 remained in place, each with 580,220 outstanding options. No other warrants, convertibles, or arrangements to issue shares were reported.
