中国织材控股(3778)于2026年3月3日公告称，其间接全资附属公司江西金源与村田机械株式会社签订采购合约，以5,047,200美元购入12套村田喷气渦流纺纱机（每套包括96个纺锭）。根据公告，该交易将按照香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第14章的相关规定，构成须予披露交易。
公告显示，本次采购旨在更新现有传统环锭纺设备，以提升生产效率并降低能耗。喷气渦流纺纱机通过压缩空气在纺锭内形成渦流，直接将纤维凝聚并加捻成纱，具有生产速度高、纱线质量更佳、制程缩短以及成本降低等特点。董事会认为这将有助于公司提升整体生产效能。
公告指出，此次交易的合同条款公平合理，符合公司和股东的整体利益。采购资金将来源于公司内部产生的资金以及银行贷款。根据公告，设备预计于2026年11月交付。
