The issuance and subscription of the warrants have been completed on February 2, 2026, as all conditions precedent have been fulfilled. In accordance with the terms stipulated in the subscription agreement, a total of 474.5 million warrants were successfully issued to and subscribed for by nine subscribers, with an issue price of HK$0.036 per warrant.
