Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 03328) has announced the completion of the redemption of its US$2,800,000,000 Undated Additional Tier 1 Capital Bonds. The redemption was executed on November 18, 2025, and all outstanding bonds have been fully redeemed and subsequently canceled.

According to the announcement, there are no remaining bonds in issue. The company has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the withdrawal of the listing of these bonds, which is expected to take effect upon the close of business on November 26, 2025.
