Prudential plc 保诚有限公司（股票代码：2378）于2026年2月24日发布翌日披露报表，宣布近期完成多笔股份回购及注销事宜。
根据公告，2026年2月19日回购的378,388股股份已于2026年2月23日注销，注销后公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）减至2,537,163,092股。另于2026年2月20日及2月23日分别购回250,585股及335,080股股份，尚未注销。
公告显示，公司于2026年2月23日通过伦敦证券交易所回购335,080股普通股，每股最高购回价为11.555英镑，最低购回价为11.165英镑，合计支付价格约3,813,251.1英镑。公司回购授权于2025年5月14日获股东大会通过，授权总额为262,668,701股，至今累计已回购69,864,066股，占授权获通过时公司已发行股本约2.682355%。
公司表示，上述回购交易已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律要求。本次公告由副集团秘书吴慧贤签署。
