鞍钢股份公布的2026年第一季度财报显示，公司营收为220.21亿元，同比下降12.19%。同期扣除非经常性损益后净利润为-14.67亿元，同比降幅149.91%。经营活动产生的现金流量净额为4.67亿元，同比增加22.57%。管理层将业绩下滑主要归因于钢铁行业整体下行，钢材销售价格同比降幅大于主要原材料价格降幅，且部分产线的检修导致钢材产销量减少，进而令整体盈利承压。
成本结构变化
在成本端，受销售及原燃料价格波动影响，钢材销售价格较上年同期的降幅大于原燃材料价格的下跌幅度，购销差缩小。此外，存货跌价准备计提金额同比增加也进一步加重了当期业绩压力。财务费用同比小幅走高，研发投入则保持了一定力度。

本季度内，公司公告显示，董事会批准收购鞍山钢铁集团有限公司所持鞍钢营口港务有限公司80%股权，旨在进一步加强资源布局与供应链体系建设。
