MAC JINGCHENG (00187) released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, covering the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025. The document, approved by the board of directors, outlines the group’s financial performance, climate strategy and sustainability milestones.
Financial Performance • Revenue reached RMB 1.53 billion, reflecting the company’s ongoing focus on gas storage & transportation equipment and intelligent manufacturing solutions. • Net loss attributable to shareholders narrowed to RMB 53.63 million. • Total assets stood at RMB 3.13 billion, with net assets of RMB 0.86 billion.
Climate & Environmental Metrics • Total greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions were 34,601.58 tCO₂e, comprising Scope 1 emissions of 14,577.34 tCO₂e and Scope 2 emissions of 20,024.24 tCO₂e. • Photovoltaic and green-electricity initiatives cut emissions by 7,779.66 tCO₂e during the year; no carbon-credit transactions were reported. • Industrial wastewater discharge totalled 162,082 t, while key air-pollutant releases included 13.01 t of NOx, 1.16 t of SOx and 828.60 t of VOCs. • Energy consumption was 16,067 tce, of which 1,676 tce (10.43%) came from clean energy sources; water consumption reached 260,339 m³.
Governance & Risk Controls • The board retains ultimate oversight of ESG matters, supported by an ESG Working Committee that integrates climate risk assessment into strategic planning. • No corruption, unfair-competition or data-privacy legal cases were recorded. All directors, management and employees completed anti-bribery training, achieving 100% coverage. • RMB 9.97 million was invested in production-safety improvements, and no work-related fatalities occurred.
Human Capital • Headcount totalled 1,348 employees, with 100% receiving training (average 30 hours per person). • Gender diversity stood at 768 male and 580 female employees; staff aged 35–44 represented the largest cohort at 499. • Employee turnover rate was 9.2%, with no child or forced labour identified.
Supply Chain & SMEs • The group evaluated 319 suppliers—277 domestic and 42 overseas—under a unified qualification system. Equal-opportunity procurement policies reserved at least 30% of canteen purchases for poverty-alleviation agricultural products.
Social Contribution • Community donations amounted to RMB 0.13 million, while poverty-alleviation purchases totalled RMB 0.73 million. Employees completed over 2.5 hours of community service per month through registered volunteer programmes.
Outlook The report emphasises MAC JINGCHENG’s commitment to integrating ESG principles into long-term strategy, maintaining at least 3% of annual revenue for R&D, and further expanding renewable-energy use and low-carbon product development.
