极兔速递环球有限公司（于开曼群岛注册成立以不同投票权控制的有限公司，下称“公司”）于2026年3月5日公布2026年2月股份变动月报，披露期间为截至2026年2月28日。本月公司法定/注册股本总额维持在USD 50,000不变，其中A类股份法定/注册数量为979,333,410股，B类股份法定/注册数量为24,020,666,590股。
本月A类普通股已发行股份数为971,390,048股，与上月保持一致，未发生新增发行或注销。B类普通股方面，已发行股份（不包括库存股份）由上月的7,926,535,257股减少至7,922,709,257股，同时公司于当月回购3,826,000股B类股份并纳入库存，库存股份总数因此增至3,826,000股。截至2月底，B类股份总数（含库存）保持在7,926,535,257股。
公告显示，本月无期权计划或其他股权激励活动的变动记录。公司确认已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定，公告由联席公司秘书郑程杰签署。
